I was a colleague of Carson's dad, John. Early in our acquaintance a group of us went out to a local restaurant in Milwaukee, where he and I got to talking about being fathers of baby girls about the same age. I'm so sorry to hear of her sudden passing at such a young age. My deepest condolences to John and Florence.

Tako poke, bouchon and I miss you dearly. You were the kind of person who was accepting of others, quick of wit and incredibly honest. The world doesn't quite shine so brightly to me anymore but I cherish the time we got to spend together. I honor your memory every day by trying to be the person that you helped me to be. Sending my sincerest condolences to Florence and all of Carson's family. Carson was my very best friend in high school -- all of my best memories of USM are tied to times spent with Carson and I can't quite comprehend that I'm now living in a world without her. One thing that has become apparent as all her friends from skating, USM, college, and Rochester have come together following this tragedy -- she was so so so so so loved. There is a Carson-shaped hole in all of our hearts that can never be filled. All my love and support during this impossible time. Love, Lauren
