Irondequoit: Wednesday, December 16, 2009. Pre-deceased by his wife, Shirley; brother, Wilton; granddaughter, Kathleen J. Ward. He is survived by his loving partner, Jeanne Allen; children, Laura Lynn(Dean) Marcellus, Jon Raymond(Cheryl), Pam Ellen(David) Pedulla, Jeffrey Franklyn(Teresa), Jamie Kirk(Vinh), Christopher Robin VonBuren; grandchildren, M. Andrew Ward, John J. Ward, Lindsay M. Marcellus, Jon II & Jenelle VonBuren, Jacqueline G. Pedulla; step grandchildren, Jason and Kristin; great grandchildren, Kathleen and Jack; step great grandchild, Jennifer; sister, Lillian Howk; sister in law, Dorothy; many nieces and nephews. Franklyn was a WWII Army Veteran, and member of the Moose Lodge. The family wishes to express there sincere thanks to the staff at the Baird nursing home, especially Tracey Ortiz for your loving and compassionate care.
His family will receive friends SUNDAY 1-5 pm at the funeral home, where his funeral service will be held MONDAY 10:00 AM. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to Alzheimers Assoc. Rochester Chapter, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620.
