Lockport: Sunday, November 18, 2018 at the age of 88. Pre-deceased by her husband, John. She is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Patrick) Shea & Barbara (Greg) Schlitzer; son, Gerald (Jill) Hoenig; grandson, Edward (Kris) McCarthy; granddaughter, Carolyn (David) Paddock; great grandchildren, Brittany, Elizabeth, Vincent, Jack, Liam & Julia; sisters, Louisette Letarte, Micheline (Emile) Rousseau; brothers, Gerry Desjardins & Andre (Louise) Desjardins; many nieces and nephews.

Pierrette was a wonderful homemaker and worked as a lunch lady in Lockport schools for many years, and enjoyed travel, needlepoint, and reading.

Friends are invited to meet the family Friday, November 23rd at 10:00 am for Pierrette's Funeral Mass at All Saints Church, with interment immediately following at Queen of Heaven Cemetary (6843 Tonawanda Creek Rd.) Contributions in Pierrette's memory to St Jude's Research Hospital would be appreciated. .
