Obituary of David S. Currie

Currie, David S. Rochester: Friday, November 30, 2018 unexpectedly at age 60. Predeceased by his parents, David and Eileen Joyce Currie. David is survived by his siblings, Elizabeth (James), William (Michelle), Mary (Roger), Kenneth (Bridget), Katherine (Bryan), numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many loved ones, including his special friend, Busba Rivera. David graduated from Irondequoit High School, and was an outstanding athlete. He attended West Virginia University, majoring in forestry, which led him to a career in landscaping. His love of animals, nature, and the outdoors was influential during his life. Many will remember David's steadfast faith and his countless acts of kindness endlessly helping neighbors AND strangers. More than anything, David's devotion to his family will be forever remembered. Services and Inurnment will be held at a later date in Parma Corners Cemetery.
