West Irondequoit; Saturday, February 23, 2019. Pre-deceased by her husband Walter,daughter and her husband, Denise and Bill Czinke. Frances is survived by daughters, Cherie (Norman) Trabert , Mindy Fletcher, grandchildren; Christy (Adam) Kempf , Peter (Laura) Trabert, Erin (Rick) Valvo , Andrew (Julie) Trabert, Greg (Maggie) Czinke, Amanda (Aaron) Padgett, Katharine Czinke, Nicole Tuttobene , Daniel Tuttobene also 10 great grandchildren. Frances was an administrative assistant for over 20 years for the West Irondequoit School District and a Twig volunteer at Rochester General Hospital for 50 years. Frances was a beloved mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed.
Her family will receive friends Tuesday, February 26, 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), where her funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 27, at10:00 AM. Entombment White Haven Memorial Park.
