I met Dawn when she was 18 years old. My youngest son, Keith, was 2. Keith passed away in 2017. Dawn was working at Charlotte Beauty Salon right down the street from our house. I walked in with Keith, Kurt (who was 4) and Karyn (who was 7). Dawn cut their hair. It was Keith's first haircut. I followed her to every salon she went to from then on. She was the best hair stylist and friend anyone could have. She had her own troubles but always listened to mine and tried to help and I would listen to hers. I think it helped us both. Even when she didn't feel well she would still do my hair and she has also done my 3 grandkids' hair (Keith's son's first haircut as well) and be her usual loving self. I know Cassidy is a lot like her mom. She is a very sweet and caring young lady. She had a good teacher not just for hair but for life. I will never forget you, Dawn. Thank you for being a part of my life for the past 34 years. Love you forever. Roseanne

My condolences to your children, family and friends. What a great being of light Dawn was and always is going to be. Yesterday morning I started to write down every memory I have with you. I was nowhere near complete and my heart just wept.I had more best times with you than anyone on this planet. I am so glad for our initial connection, which I'll never forget, our times together. I was so lucky to know you and still have you in my heart forever. I love you old friend..... I shall spread your light and celebration at the Rendezvous on the infamous totem. say hi to our friend, my ex-husband lol, Eddie!
