I had the best visit with Diane before Christmas . She kept apologizing about not having made her home made cookies . For the last 30 years I’ve done her hair , been through marriages , births , etc through out the years this remarkable woman would make sure that every year no matter what ... she’d bring me her cookies. She started me out with all the hallmark ornaments for me and my daughter ,shared parenting strategies lol always with that laugh and smile ! She had so much strength with in her . Diane wanted so much to be better in the new year . God had other plans . I know she’s upstairs now at peace , what a reunion and I’m sure she’s making those cookies with her mom and her family.when I think of Diane , I think of love of family ,and love of Italian traditions . and di, I thank you for your friendship and all the laughs and the memories we’ve made . Your our angel love to you honey . I will miss you ... My thoughts and prayers are with you all during your time of deep sorrow.
