Rochester: Suddenly on Monday, December 30, 2019, at the age of 93. Pre-deceased by her husband, Nicholas. She is survived by her daughters, Lubi and MaryAnn (John) Shul; grandson, Nicholas and her beautiful great-granddaughter, Alexandria Nicole; sister, Slawka Golebski; relatives in New Jersey & Ukraine.
Katherine always looked forward to helping make holobchi & pyroghy at the St. Josaphat's Festival. She enjoyed being with her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Her family will receive friends Sunday, January 5, 1-4pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Panachyda 3:30pm. Friends are invited to meet the family Monday, January 6, 10:30am at St. Josaphats Ukrainian Catholic Church for her Divine Liturgy. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. Josaphats Ukrainian Catholic Church, 940 East Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621, or Alzheimers Assoc., 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620
