Obituary of William C. Schmitt

Schmitt, William C. "Bill" Rochester: Monday, February 15, 2010 at age 87. Mr. Schmitt is survived by his wife, Mary E. children, William J. (Ann Marie), John F., Michael J. (Marianne), Ann Marie (Henry) Dabrowski, 6 grandchildren, a sister Jane E. Schmitt, sisters-in-law Edna Schmitt & Kathleen Crouch also several nieces & nephews. Bill was a graduate-engineer from R.P.I. and served in the Army Air Corps during W.W.II; was President/Owner of William J. Schmitt Sheet Metal & Roofing Co. until his retirement. Bill was an active member of Holy Cross Church and the Rochester Rotary Club. His family will receive friends FRIDAY 4-6 pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family SATURDAY 11:00 AM at HOLY CROSS CHURCH for his funeral mass. Interment Private.
