I am so sorry for your loss. My memory of Ann Wood is from 45 years ago, but I will always remember her welcoming smile and kindness. She had a house full of kids, but as a neighbor and friend of Mary Ann's, she always made me feel welcome... happily squeezing me into an already full VW Bug for the ride to the high school. I too love the picture.. it captured her just as I remembered.

I am very sorry to hear about Ann's passing. I was one of her neighbors at Stoney Creek Apartments for a number of years. She was very welcoming to me when I first moved there . She was always so friendly , a very nice lady. I am so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Robin Woodruff

I was so sorry to read about your dear Mom's passing in today's paper...such a beautiful picture of her, and just the way I remembered her. Ann was such a sweet lady, and a neighbor of mine at Stoney Creek. I often visited her and enjoyed sitting out on her patio in the summer, seeing how she was doing, and when her next trip would be...I know how much she loved going to Mass. each year. She was such an energetic, strong lady who I greatly admired and thought so much of, and know how much she will be missed. My condolences to the Wood family, and may she now rest in peace.
