Outlaw, Kathleen Rochester, New York: Died Tuesday February 18, 2020. Predeceased by her parents, John and Dorothy Kirk, brother, Edward Kirk, Oswego, N.Y. Survived by her daughter, Maureen (Karl) Church, Sons Chris Outlaw, and Doug Outlaw. Sadly, her brother Dennis, of Oswego, NY passed away recently. She leaves many beloved nieces, nephews, and dear friends. An alumni of Rochester Institute of Technology, she enjoyed a successful career as an artist and Fashion Illustrator for local clothing stores. She had a lasting love of animals and nature.
