Rosemarie taught in the Catholic Schools for over twenty years, most of the years at St. Andrew's School on Portland Avenue. After teaching in the Catholic Schools, she switched school districts and started teaching for the Rochester City School District at #52 and #45 schools. She never truly retired from teaching! Rosemarie continued to find ways to teach people either through BOCES programs or OACES programs and even continuing to correct the NYS ELA and Math exams every year. Her students will truly miss her caring ways! A private burial will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. At a later date, a celebration of life will take place. At the celebration, we will be asking for donations of books to be made in her honor to be donated to schools to promote the love of reading. In honor of her memory we ask that you do a random act of kindness to someone. In lieu of flowers Please be kind to someone, call a friend or relative you haven't reached out to recently, forgive someone.
