Frances R. Smith Webster: July 1, 2020 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband, Gordon and daughter, Judith Heath. Fran is survived by, daughters, Jackie (Gary) Beach, Janis Driessler, Jill (Lan) Northrup, Jennifer (Mark) Fulmer; sons, Jeffrey and Jerry; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. She will be dearly missed. Services will be held privately.
