Margaret "Peg" Thrash Irondequoit - Wednesday, July 1, 2020. Predeceased by her parents Marcille and John Oldenburg, II as well as Christine Oldenburg and David Kramer. Margaret is survived by her husband, Richard P. Thrash; children, Kristin (Timothy) Rose, Michael (Amanda) Thrash; grandchildren, Blake & Paytin Rose; siblings, Judy (Rich) Chapman, Karen (Dennis) Sadler, John Oldenburg, III, Linda Kramer, Mary Jane (John) Kleehammer; many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews. Peg was a retiree of West Irondequoit School District and employee of Scott's Hallmark in Irondequoit Plaza. Peg was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Peg loved to travel. She was well known for her creativity and loyalty/love for work, family, and friends. At the family's request, all guests are required to wear face masks. Upon entering the building guests will also be asked to use hand sanitizer. Thank you. Her family will receive friends Thursday, July 9th, 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), where her funeral service will be held Friday, July 10th, 10:00 am. Inurnment private.
