Obituary of Shelly L. Pannell

Shelly L. Pannell Rochester: Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the age of 55. Predeceased by her father, Eldred W. Pannell Jr.; Shelly is survived by her loving and dedicated mother, Sondra; sister, Beth Pannell; niece and nephew, Phaina Pannell and Timothy L. Cato III; great nieces, Ayari Marie & Azuri Lee. She leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, who loved her very much sharing many fond memories and occasions; she will also be deeply missed by her best friend, Sue Ward. Shelly was a sweet and kind young lady who could put a smile on your face. She loved being with her friends. Going out to lunch, bowling, baseball games, and boat rides are just a few things she truly enjoyed. Shelly also loved sports, and music (Warm 101.3 soft rock). She will be missed by all who knew her and is now a child of God, singing soft rock with the Angels. Thank you to all for your lovely flowers, cards, and individual contributions, which Shelly appreciated. Shelly's funeral service will be held Friday, September 11th at 11am the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
