Irondequoit: Passed peacefully from breast cancer Sunday, September 27, 2020 age 47. Pre-deceased by her loving soulmate, husband, Jason A Thomas whom she has joined in Heaven for "infinity." Ann is survived by "Her Everything" her daughter, Savannah; best friend and sister, Donna (Ken Haslip); nephews, James and Kenny; a loving mother-in-law Sandi. She will be loved and missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was an energetic survivor and fighter for 7 years.

Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, think of Savannah and the new path she is on.
