Irondequoit. Friday, March 19, 2010 at the age of 89. Pre-deceased by her husband George W. Heath, Jr. Frances is survived by her children, Robert Rafter, Kenneth Heath, Michael Heath and George W (Lisa) Heath, III, daughter-in-law, Diane Rafter, 7 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
Her family will receive friends Sunday 1-4pm at the funeral home where her Funeral Service will be held Monday at 10:00am. Interment Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the St. Ann's Foundation, 1500 Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14621
