Sparks, Penelope J. "Mommo" Manchester: Saturday, December 5, 2020 at age 65. Penelope is survived by her children, Joshua (Desiree) Sparks, Jennifer (Jason) Kirk; grandchildren, Bruce, Nash, Josephine and Jesse; siblings, Mike, Lori, Andy, Matt, Becky and Dan; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester, 1048 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607. Services will be held at a later date.
