Alfred P. Arilotta, Sr.

"Al the Mailman"

Rochester: Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the age of 85. Pre-deceased by his wife, Barbara; parents, Carmelo and Rosina Arilotta; brother, Joseph; sisters-in-law, Ruth and Arlene Arilotta. He is survived by his children, Al (Sheryl), Jim, Rose (John) Gaede, Dave (Cheryl), and Chris (Kammy); 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; brothers, Gino and Anthony; sister-in-law, Kay Arilotta; many nieces, nephews, and friends at Tucci's.

Al was a retired Mailman. He served 6 years in the NY National Guard. He loved being a member of the Rochester Boxing Hall of Fame and was an avid golfer, bowler and pool player.

His family will receive friends Thursday, December 17, 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). A private service and burial will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450.
