I was always happy to see Charlie and/or Charlie and Diana come into Marge's. Loved to hear where they went to eat, which was everywhere.
To hear how the skiing was going, in the states and overseas. How fast the grandkids where growing up, how far he would drive to go roller skating. It Will be sad to look into the Ice bucket and not see a Blue light bottle on ice to get it really cold for his next drink. Charlie you will be missed and remembered. Till we meet again. Kevin Warren

I was so lucky to meet Bert in our bowling league many years ago at Brighton Bowl. Couldn't be happier to run into Bert & Diana in all sorts of places, anywhere along the lake to Craft Co #7. Diana, know sad I was to hear the news and what a difficult time you and your family must have been through. God Bless you Bert. You are missed.

So sorry to learn of Bert's passing. We were friends and neighbors back in the 50's. Actually we were terrors in the neighborhood riding bikes and roller skating around the block and by Edison Tech. Lost touch thru the years; I moved to North Carolina in 1964. Some of my family would run into him once in awhile.I feel very sad losing a childhood friend. My sympathy to his family.

Dear Diane and family, How hard it must be to loose Charlie, always his smile and upbeat words. We remember the times we went for dinner at Mr. Dominic's. Always active, he could not wait for winter so he could go skiing, very often with Chuckie. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very difficult time.
Wish we could be at the memorial service, but distance does not make it possible.
