Rochester: On January 1st, we suffered a terrible and unexpected loss. Our dear sweet Vanessa gained her wings and took her rightful place beside our Lord and Savior. Vanessa was a strong, selfless, beautiful and doting mother, that has left an imprint on every life she touched. Gone way too soon, Vanessa leaves behind many friends and family who love and care for her unconditionally.

Vanessa is predeceased by her father, Neal Catlin; uncle, Edward Rodriguez; grandmother, Hemengilda Gonzalez. Vanessa is survived by her beloved son, Lukas Yeager; mother, Elizabeth Rodriguez; sisters, Janice Diaz, and Elizabeth (Kidanny Colon) Diaz; nieces and nephews, Anthony Serra, Ariel & Azrael Rodriguez, Issaus & Alexavier Cintron, Kidanny Colon Jr.; boyfriend, Michael Ciaramaglia; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Her family will receive friends Sunday, January 10, 1-4pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Funeral service and interment will be held in private. During this extremely difficult time, we are asking for any donations or help to give Vanessa the proper service she deserves. At this time, anything will help.
