I did not know "Joe" Szatkowski but I am a member of his family. His (father) grandfather and my grandmother were brother and sister? She was Stella Szatkowski (Meyers). Uncle Joe, I had many great times and lots of laughs with you over the years. I cherish those memories. I remember when I was young and beginning my lifelong interest in coins. You were stationed in Europe. When you wrote to me, you sent coins from different countries, where you had been. I always looked forward to your letters, and I loved getting those coins. I will miss the smell of your Canoe Cologne. You are together again with my Dad. Say hi for me... Thank you for your Service to our Country. Rest in Peace Uncle... Love and miss you, KJ

To my favorite Uncle Joe (to which you would always reply, "I'm your ONLY Uncle Joe") - I am so sad that I will no longer be able to hear any more of your interesting stories or your really bad jokes.
