Orczyk, Thomas I

Brighton: Monday, August 23, 2021 at age 72. Thomas is survived by his brothers, Richard (Mary Margaret), Joseph (Mary Rose); sister, Sister Barbara Josephine Orczyk S.S.J.; oldest friend, Edward Bedrin; nieces, Natalie Mary Torquato, Nadine (Ron) Heberger; nephew, Rich (Jeanne); great-nieces, nephews, cousins and countless "Friends of Bill." Education and reading were his main stays. He was a graduate of SUNY Geneseo, St. John Fisher and Nazareth College. His early career was in Social Work at DDS. He transitioned to ESL for the City School District. He was a founder of Friends of St. Stanislaus Foundation, Active in the Recovery Community and spent many years with "Conference of the Lakes."

His family will receive friends FRIDAY, August 27th 4:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family SATURDAY 1:00 PM at ST. STANISLAUS CHURCH for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations directed to Friends of St. Stanislaus Foundation.
