Bill was such a fun and happy man, especially if Alberta was with him; I will never forget Key West in the early 2000's.... Alberta and Bill came down with us to KW and Bill decided he wanted to try PARASAILING. He did it (Alberta said NOOOOOO!) and I think created a very special memory! I also think he wanted to go up again the next day! Memories are such a wonderful thing and Bill was always there for his grands and step grands (they all became family to him)! He was alway there to babysit or help whenever the need arose! RIP my Dear Brother in law!!!
