Brighton-Monday, April 4, 2022 at age 64. Patty passed after a brief illness with her family at her side. Awaiting Patty's arrival at her eternal home with God were her beloved husband Bill (deceased July 12, 2021), her parents, Frank and Mary Ann Lomondo, her in-laws, Bill and Helen Bartholomay, her brother-in-law Art Bostwick, and many other relatives and friends.

Patty leaves a large number of family members and friends who adored her and will miss her kind and gentle presence in their lives. Patty is survived by her brother, Sam Lomondo; sister, Gina (Jim) Andre; nieces and nephews, Amy (Dave Hemmerick) Lomondo; Kara (Eric Nemitz) Lomondo; Michael (Brigid) Andre; Jessica (Joe) Burgado; Molly Lomondo; great nephews; David Thompson, Chase Caufield, and Will and Troy Hemmerick; Godmother, Marion Scialdone; brother-in-law, Lou (Paula) Bartholomay; sister-in-law Mary Bostwick; nieces and nephews Mike (Kate) Bartholomay and their children Bridget and Jenny; Michelle (Deb) Staron; Bill (Ellen Uveino) Bartholomay and their daughter Abbie; Damian Bostwick; Rob (Dawn) Messenger and their children Josh, Zachary (Brittany), Aidan, and Tori; several uncles, cousins, and many dear friends including Cindy Zanni Bagley, Anita Gelabert, and Kristin Still. Patty leaves her beloved Annie in the loving and capable hands of Auntie Mary.

Patty was a gifted and dedicated educator who passed along her love of learning and life to countless children throughout a 30 plus year career as a Special Education Teacher. Patty loved to read, watch old movies, spend time with family and friends, and play with her cherished pup, Annie.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 4-7 pm at Paul W. Harris Funeral Home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to join the family at Blessed Sacrament Church for Patty's Funeral Mass on Wednesday, April 13, at 10 am. Inurnment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Lollypop Farm, American Cancer Association, or American Diabetes Association.
