Rochester: Thursday, April 14, 2022 at age 43. Predeceased by his parents, David and Joan Dertinger. Rocky is survived by his siblings, Stephen (Molly), William (Suzanne), Michael (Christine), Melissa, Kelly (Brendan); many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rocky had a gift of connecting with people of all ages and walks of life. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

No prior calling. Friends are invited to join the family Friday, May 6, 10:00 am at Holy Trinity Church (1460 Ridge Road) for his funeral mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Providence House, 1150 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624 or to House of Mercy, 285 Ormond St., Rochester NY 14605.
