To Judy, RoseMarie and all of Josie's family: We were fortunate enough to call Josie a friend for many years. Whether we visited her and Carmen at their house in Irondequoit or they came to our house in Canada and of course there were many boxing events and dinners we attended together; we always had a wonderful time. After Carmen passed we continued to visit Josie and always loved spending time with her & her family. There are so many special things to say about Josie; her vibrant personality, her love of life and of course her cooking. She was an amazing lady, we loved her and will cherish her and all the memories we made together. Love Debbie & Mel Oxford (Canada)

So very sorry for the passing of your Mother. She was a fantastic lady, and Carmen and I had many good times together. I had the privilege of doing various jobs in their home. I tried to contact her recently but was unable to reach her. Sending love and prayers at this difficult time.
