We were fortunate to have Mike and Enid as neighbors on Imperial Heights for many years. I have many wonderful memories of them. I enjoyed talking with Enid about education and appreciated Mike’s contribution to our local newspapers. Mike’s energy was amazing, and I marveled how long he was able
to continue his running regimen! I regret that I have lost touch with Mike during the past few years. My husband Bill developed serious health problems, and is now a resident of The Friendly Home. I sold our home on Imperial Heights, and am now living at Chapel Oaks behind St. Ann’s.
My best wishes to your family as you honor a life well-lived.
I knew Mike while I worked in Activities on the 3rd floor at FBH. He was a sweet, gentle man with a warm and friendly nature and a good sense of humor. He was always busy and on the move and spoke lovingly of his wife and "their song" as he enjoyed listening to music. What a long, full life. May he rest in well deserved peace.
