Obituary of Rosalie Catlin

Catlin, Rosalie of Rochester passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Rose was predeceased by her parents, Cecil and Carmella (Chipoletti) Catlin, sister, Janet Varrenti and brother, Neal Catlin. Rose is survived by sister, Cecelia (Joseph Huff) Schneider and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rose attended the Al Sigl Center as a young girl and continued with their many programs throughout her life including the Ballantyne Day program which she loved. Rose resided at several ARC group homes where she made many loving friends over the years with fellow residents and staff. In her free time, Rose loved to dance and listen to music, but always cherished the time she spent with her family. Rose will always be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor and her love of chocolate and sweet treats.

Friends are invited to gather with the family at (570 Kings Highway South) on Wednesday, June 29, 2002 from 1 to 2Pm. A Memorial Service will start at 2Pm for Rose at the Funeral Home.. Interment will follow in White Haven Memorial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the ARC of Monroe County in Rose's memory.
