Tom is survived by his daughters, Sara (Zach) Costello, Jessica D'Ambrosio, Anna D'Ambrosio; parents, Bill and Sue D'Ambrosio; sisters, Theresa Claybaugh, Linda (Steve) Mazzochiti; and loving nieces and nephews. His family will receive friends Tuesday, July 12, 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to join the family Wednesday, July 13, 11:00 am at St. Kateri At St. Thomas The Apostle Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
