Evie was my dear, sweet friend. Bill & I have so many wonderful memories of fun times at bridge & dinner out with Evie & Jack. She & I loved to share family news & Evie was always ready with prayers when news wasn't the best at times. I will be forever thankful to have met such a wonderful person through the game of bridge. She loved Jack, her family, her church & her many friendships there. She lived her days to the fullest. We can all learn a lot from Evie. She is already deeply missed but we know she's at peace with her Heavenly Father. Gayle Phillips & Bill Foster

My acquaintance with Ev - and Jack - is limited to bridge opponents at Temple Sinai, pre-Covid. My sympathies to Jack and the family. We have lost a just plain nice person - and great bridge player.
