LaRosa, Rudolph M. "Rudy"

Irondequoit: Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at age 86. Son of the late Philip and Angelina LaRosa. Rudy is survived by his wife, Gretchen Friederich LaRosa; sons, Christopher and Timothy; grandson, Brandon; niece, Cheryl Neely; cousins, Yolanda (Donovan) Shilling and Robert Travato.

Rudy attended R.I.T. He was a veteran of the US Air Force from 1956 – 1960 having served one of those years in Thule, Greenland. He worked for Rochester Monotype and Carey Art Studio. Rudy was well known for his Caricatures, Political Cartoons, Book Illustrations and his yearly Christmas and Birthday Greetings.

Family will receive friends Sunday, September 25, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.) where his memorial service will follow at 4:00 PM.
