Irondequoit: Saturday, August 6, 2022 at the age of 97. Pre-deceased by his wife, AnnaBelle; brother, James, sisters, Laura and Lucia. He is survived by his sons, Dennis Michael (Edwin Bienias) Conklin and Jaime (Deirdre) Ciaccia; grandchildren, Victor and Ava Ciaccia; sisters, Anne Mellon and JoAnn Fleming; many nieces and nephews.

Victor was a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography. In 1946, he founded Ciaccia Trucking with his brother James which is still operated by his son. Victor enjoyed boating, was a pilot, and loved scuba diving. He was a 65-year member of the Power Squadron and founded the LaSalle Committee which was instrumental in the opening of Irondequoit Bay into Lake Ontario. He was a former Commodore of the Charlotte Yacht Club and a 32nd Degree Free Mason.

His family will receive friends Thursday, August 11, 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), where his funeral service will be held Friday, August 12, 10:00 am. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery.
