HILLIARD, MARCIA R. (July 13, 1943 – August 22, 2022) is survived by her husband Richard; sister Marjorie (Anthony) Biondi; daughters Dawn Kellogg and Lori (Mark) Alberts; grandsons Matthew and James Alberts; stepchildren Donald (Teresa) Hilliard and Diane (Kevin) Doktor; and nieces and nephews. Born to James and Olive Rawlings and raised in Rochester, Marcia was a graduate of Irondequoit High School. Marcia was married first to Loren P. Kellogg, Jr. in 1966, and lived in Leicester, NY until his untimely death in 1988. She met her second husband, Richard Hilliard, at a Buffalo Bills game in 1991 and they were married in 1992, residing in Hamburg, NY before returning to the Rochester area in 2000.

A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cherished friend, Marcia impacted the lives of so many people. She supported her daughters in their many endeavors, was an active member of her church, and held public office in her community. She enjoyed gardening, attending the theatre, was an avid University of Michigan and Buffalo Bills fan, and was the biggest supporter at her grandsons' sporting activities and events.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Wilmot Cancer Center and Strong Memorial Hospital for their care during several years of illness. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sunset House in Irondequoit, http://www.sunsethouse.info/  whose staff and volunteers made Marcia's last days and hours peaceful and comfortable.
