My thoughts and prayers are with Mike's family. I worked at the Monroe County Department of Health and preformed cross connection inspections with Mike for the City Water Bureau. Mike was instrumental in starting the cross connection /backflow prevention program for the City which was one of the first and best programs in the State. I have many fond memories of Mike. May he rest in peace.

Paula and family, Mike was the kindest and most thoughtful person to me after my Mike (big Mike) died five years ago. He always called on every holiday and said “cuz, need anything?” He made me feel closer to my Mike with stories. I’ll never forget the day we buried some of “big Mikes’s” ashes under the tree on the golf course. I rode in the golf cart with Mike and as we were leaving (after we had our shot of annisette), a beautiful cardinal flew over us. Mike said that my Mike was watching us. Now they are both looking over us. I’ll always look for cardinals. Love, Cuz Marsha

I worked with Mike at the Water Bureau. I use to see him all the time at the Public Market. He golfed in The Water Bureau's golf tournament for a few years. He will be truly missed. My condolences to the family
