Magar, Cory M. “Coco” of Irondequoit passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 6, 2022. Cory was predeceased by his grandparents, Samuel and Eileen Pata, Herbert and Marian Webster, Uncle, Wayne Pata, cousin, Gabriel Campbell. Cory is survived by his parents, Debbie and Bill Magar, brother, Billy (Cayli) Magar. Cory’s baby, his dog Indica Jane. Niece, Carleigh Magar and Danielle Magar. Aunt, Eileen (Tilden) Johnson, Aunt, Christine Corley, Aunt, Grace Moyer, Aunt, Georgiana (Chris) Davidsen, Uncle, David Webster. Cousin’s, Jace LeRoy, Kimberly (Chazz) Pata, Sandra Johnson, Jeremy (Ayide) Pata, Chelsea Minshull, Samuel Johnson and Nathan McBride.

He was an accomplished chef that loved to cook for others and created excellent meals to share with family and friends. Cory loved and lived for his nieces and cherished the times he spent with them. Cory was a huge Buffalo Bills fan and was a season ticket holder for numerous years. Cory will be remembered as an amazing friend who put other’s needs first. His smile was contagious and brought joy to everyone. He will be forever missed.

Friends are invited to meet the family on Thursday, November 17 from 4 to 7PM at the Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, 570 Kings highway South. Cory’s Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 18, at Holy Cross Church at 10:30AM. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
