Obituary of Marilyn A. Weber
Weber, Marilyn A. of Rochester passed away peacefully on Friday, November 11, 2022. Marilyn was predeceased by her husband, Herman J. Weber; parents, Edmund and Marion (Staub) Winterkorn. Siblings, Edward Winterkorn, Rev. Robert Winterkorn, Carolann (Winterkorn) Leonard, and Nancy Winterkorn. Mrs. Weber is survived by her sons, Michael Weber, Gerard (Jeanne) Weber and DanielWeber. Grandchildren, Miles Weber and Riley Weber. Sisters-in-law, Betty Powell and Bernice Winterkorn. Several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Marilyn was a retired clerk from the West Irondequoit School District. Marilyn was a lifelong parishioner of Christ The King/St. Kateri Parish and was active in thechurch choir for numerous years. Marilyn tutored children and was an Avon Lady.In her free time, Marilyn loved flowers, pinwheels in her front yard and watching and cheering on her favorite teams, the Buffalo Bills and the Boston Red Sox. Most importantly, Marilyn cherished the time she spent with her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren.
Friends are invited to meet the family on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to join the family on Thursday, November 17, 10AM at St. Kateri At Christ the King Church for her funeral mass. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,donations may be directed to St. Kateri Parish at Christ the King Church in Marilyn’s memory.
