Obituary of Steven C. Scardino

Webster –Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at the age of 53. Loving son of Charles (deceased). Survived by his mother, Terry; daughter, Jacqueline; brother, Tony and sisters, Janine (Greg) Dowden, and Christina (Matt) McCormick, 5 nephews and 1 niece all whom he loved very much. Many cousins and special friends as well as his loving girlfriend Jennifer Ritzler.

Steve was a Christian, he loved life, he was quick to smile, personable and articulate. Steve was generous to a fault, always complimentary to others and always gracious and grateful for a new day. You were either a friend to him or a future friend. Steve was an avid reader, a quick learner and able to fix anything from a very young age. Steve spent time volunteering for his church and Habitat for Humanity as well as many Kiwanis functions with his Dad years ago. Most notably volunteering in el Salvador to help build a missionary training center. Steve was a mentor to many and happy to share his expertise and natural talents. Steve cherished traditional holidays and customs. He could be found preparing Sfingi and chicken cutlets for everyone to enjoy.Especially, though, was Steve's love of family.He was loved, a blessing to us all and will be missed by all who came to know him.
