Norm hired me as a Special Education teacher many years ago. Thanks to him and Alan Whiting, I went on to have many wonderful years as an educator in West Irondequoit. He taught me so much and always helped me when I was “out of ideas” for some very special kids. His smile and positive attitude were absolutely contagious! I will forever admire and remember Norm with great respect and will definitely think of him when I do my best to help someone in need. Bonnie Slack
