Neil W. Smalline

Irondequoit: Neil passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his wife and children after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Neil loved his family greatly! Last August, Neil and Anne celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, but have been together since they were teenagers. He was blessed to watch his three children, Jeremy ( Susan), Jaclyn (Matt) Muisus, and Jonathan ( Katrina) grow up, get married and start families of their own. He was proud of each of them. Neil enjoyed watching Alexia and Owen play the sports they loved, Leah and Collin at swim meets and the special moments he shared with Mila and Alessia. He is also surived by sisters, Amy Lee Braddy-Pheterson and Barbara Levy; brother-in-law, Michael (Sue DiProjetto) DelVecchio and brother-in-law, Peter (Marlene) DelVecchio; aunt, Esther Smalline; nieces, nephews and cousins.

You could find Neil every morning grabbing a coffee with friends or playing his numbers at Mobil. He was loved by all those that met him.  Before retirement, Neil worked at the family business Dell’s House of Kitchens for 50 plus years. He will be missed by many!

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, February 15th, 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Where his Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, February 16, at 11:30am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Lipson Cancer Center At Rochester General Hospital, 1450 Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14621.
