Christina Ann Pankiw

Rochester: Unexpectedly on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the age of 41. Predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Wasyl and Anna Pankiw; maternal grandparents, Bill and Gert Sclazo; uncles, Peter Pankiw and Dick Bliss. Christina is survived by her parents, Donald & Lisa Pankiw; brother, Donny Pankiw; aunts and uncles, Sue (John) Castronova, Bill (Wanda) Scalzo, Ray (Joanne) Scalzo, Gail Scalzo, and Judi Bliss; great aunts and great uncles; many cousins, friends and her beloved dog, Mika.

Christina was a fun and loving person who cared deeply about everyone she knew. She loved the Buffalo Bills, country concerts, boating, water skiing and being around her family. "Be humble and never think you are better than anyone else. For dust you are and to dust you shall return, Amen." She will be dearly missed.

Her family will receive friends Wednesday, February 22, 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Panachyda will be held at 6:30pm (Ukrainian prayer service). Friends are invited to meet the family Thursday, February 23, 10:00am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for her Memorial Mass. Interment Private Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
