Obituary of Maura C. Marsh-Van Parys

Marsh-Van Parys, Maura (Concannon) Victor: Monday, August 2, 2010 at the age of 61. Pre deceased by her 1st husband Robert Marsh and her brother Thomas Concannon. Maura is survived by her husband, Harold J. Van Parys, children, Jennifer(Rich) Ignizio and Kevin(Lei Lei) Marsh, grandchildren, Cameron and Natalie Ignizio, step children, Michael(Bill) Van Parys, Sara(Scott) Parsons, Matt Van Parys, Gretchen(John) Van Parys, Lisa(Ella) Van Parys, John(LeeAnn) Van Parys and Amy Fogarty, brother, John(Ellie) Concannon, sister, Margaret(Michael) Zotter, several nieces, nephews, step grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law and many dear friends. An avid world traveler and art supporter, Maura had an infectious love of life which she shared with her family and friends. Her colorful and charismatic personality will be missed by all who knew her. Her family will receive friends Friday 2-4 and 6-9pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday 9:00am at St. Catherine of Siena Church for her funeral mass. Interment Mendon Cemetery. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff from units 7-3400 and 7-1600 for their compassionate care of Maura.
