My sympathies to Richards family. Since reading the notice an hour ago, my mind has been running memory clips from the mid 60's to the late 70's. Dick and all his family were a big part of my life during that time. I smiled when I read "The Lazer"...I can see him painting now. In my time he was "The Fonz" To many memories for this little space. Everytime I read about Letchworth Park I think of Dick and Walt Cowd. And a 60's Impala SS 396 that dumper more oil than BP. I'm smiling as I think back...sorry that we drifted apart. To Dick's sons; question your Uncles, Ray and Jerry, when you need a story to lift your spirits. "Memories...the only paradise from which man cannot be driven."

Bonnie&family,Joe,Raymond,Jerry,Lucy and Connie: this morning when I read in the paper about Richard, all that kept entering my mind was all the fun we had growing up and visiting on Beahan Rd. I pictured our parents and all the wonderful times we spent together as children(even the crush I had on Richard). I regret that our lives have caused us to drift apart, but please know that our love for my cousins has never changed. My deepest sympathy to all of you at this very difficult time. My love and prayers are with you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time of sorrow. I am saddened that I cannot attend the services for Richard as he was a dearly loved member of our family also. Although I never knew Richard as well as some of my other cousins, I still have very fond memories of him during our visits. My deepest regret will be that I never got a chance to know him better.

Bonnie Im so sorry to here about Dick. I just found out or I would have been at the funeral.It seems like yesterday we were all at the Peppermille and Dick was telling me how much he thought of you. He selected a wonderful lady to spend his life with. I know how happy he was to be with you. You can call me if you just need to talk to someone.(734-4470).Always your friend,Richard.
