I am so sorry for your terrible loss of Mike. He and I played Scrabble on FB and I grew to know him as a fellow educator. He spoke highly of his children, and the students he taught. He was a good man, and I am glad I had the chance to know him on this site. May God continue to comfort your aching hearts.

I remember how dedicated he was to his teaching at Monroe Community College. He helped students get caught up in math so they'd be able to succeed at college level math. When he talked about his students' success he was proud and excited for them.
