Obituary of Nancy L. Schoenweitz

Nancy Lee Schoenweitz of Irondequoit, NY passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at the age of 76.  She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Douglas; children, Jon (Jennifer) Schoenweitz and Christine (Jeffrey) Riesenberger; grandchildren, Emily and Andrew Riesenberger and Lily and Jack Schoenweitz; sister, Patricia (James) Markus; sister-in-law, Carolyn Fox (David Parsons); and many beloved family members and countless dear friends.
Nancy was a light in the lives to all who knew her and she will forever be remembered and loved.
Her family will receive friends Friday, July 21st, 4-7pm at Harris Funeral Home (570 Kings Highway So.). A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, July 22 at 11:00 with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Nancy’s honor to Autism Up (autismup.org).
