Joseph A. Klein

Spencerport: Passed on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the age of 75. Predeceased by his parents, Chuck & Josie Klein; brother, Alfred "Al" Klein. Joe was born December 13, 1947 along with his twin brother Chuck. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Judith; son, Bryan Klein; daughters, Nancy Klein and Monique Mate; grandson, Anthony Klein; twin brother, Chuck (Nancy) Klein; sisters, Velma (Jim) Mittan, Charlene (Guy) Greco; sisters-in-law, Libby (Frank) Canova and Robin Curle; many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Joe graduated from Utica Free Academy in 1966 and was drafted into the US Army in October 1966 serving in Germany until 1968. In 1972, Joe married the love of his life, Judy. He was a 1976 graduate of Simmons Mortuary School, a member of St. Stanislaus Church, the Polish Falcons Nest 52, PAC club, Echo club, Michalski Post 1328, New York State Funeral Directors Associations, Rochester Funeral Directors Association, and Pine Wood Country Club for over 30 years. He also was an avid bowler and enjoyed gambling at the casinos and playing cards. Joe will be missed by some but not by all.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, October 1st, 2023 from 1:00pm -4:00pm (570 Kings Hwy S. Rochester, NY 14617). Joe's Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, October 2nd, 2023 at 10:00am at Saint Stanislaus Church. Inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will be held in private with military honors. A special thank you to the entire staff of the Harris Funeral Home, especially Rick Sr and Rick Jr. for allowing him to continue to operate his funeral business out of Harris Funeral Home for the last 15 years. In lieu of flowers please consider the School of the Holy Childhood in Joe's memory.
