What can I say? Known your Mom all my life. When my parents were on the fence about an overnight or an outing with Herbie Pat would always persuade them to let it happen (looking back maybe that wasn't always a good idea:-) She hasn't been herself since your Dad died, and is in a better place now. My relationship with the entire Martens clan has enriched my life. Miss the ones that are no longer with us and look forward to many more years of sharing good times and bad (hopefully more of the former) with the rest. Steve O

Still can't believe the news. My thoughts and prayers are with all the Martens. Your Mom is watching over all of you and she is with the rest of your family with all the angels. Losing a son & husband is very hard and sometimes you can never accept it. May God give you strength during the next few days. Just remember you have friends that are always there for you .
