Rochester: Thursday, November 30, 2023 at the age of 64. Predeceased by his parents, Henry and Littria; siblings, Patricia Hrywnak, Robert Hertz and Donna Catucci. He is survived by his children, Donald Hertz, Donna (David) Perez, Bobby Hertz, Christi Hertz; grandchildren, Donald and Allyson Hertz, Slade and Lily Hertz, David Perez Jr., Onallee, Zachary, Zoey, and Jace Hertz, Littria Hertz; great granddaughter, Carmella; sister, Peggy (Thomas) Franciosa; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Services for family and friends will be held in private.
