Rochester: Unexpectedly on Monday, December 25, 2023 at the age of 38. Predeceased by his grandfathers, Leopoldo Resto & William Gonzalez. Will is survived by his parents, Gladys Resto Gomez and William Santos Sr.; love of his life, Amanda Tartaglia; his beloved children, Jose Robles, William Santos III, Iyana Santos , Mia and Nia Santos;  siblings, Brenda Quinones, Issac Quinones, Joshua Santos, Jasmine Santos, Maria Cabrera-Maneiro, Nisabell Gonzalez; grandmothers, Anna Resto and Ramonita Diaz; many aunts, unlces, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

His family will receive friends Sunday, December 31, 2:00 - 4:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.) where his funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm.
