Mary Margaret-Always spoke "very highly" of the entire Holland Family. She loved their Mom(Ruth) and Dad(Joe), they seemed to treat her as their daughter. She loved spending time with the Holland's(Aunt Mary). Seems Aunt Mary took her "under her wings" and gave her the Guidance and Positive strokes that all of us need from time-to-time. Let's not forget the Boys! There are plenty of them. Danny, Patrick, David, and Joey. I think Mary Margaret found a purpose playing sister to all of them. I can tell "from experience" that she was definitely a "very good sister" because my brother's(Jack and Tommy) and I had already broken her in. Mary Margaret was senior to all of us and loved dropping the "you owe me card" when she was hell-bent on getting her way, or putting her point across. She and Pat Holland got married and they had two more boys(Christopher and Matthew). They seemed to spend a lot of their spare time at Darien Lake. Christopher and Matthew had several outlets to keep them"occupied and out-of-trouble. Mary and Pat just seemed to enjoy "the getaway" and "change of scenery, and Family togetherness,"that came with it. Mary Margaret has always been "a great sister, teacher, and tried to be a disciplinarian" to me, and I love her just the same. Anybody that knew her, also knew she was eager-to please, dedicated to her causes, and above-all, loved to converse! Hopefully-Mom, Dad and Jack (my brother0 were standing at heaven's door to welcome her in. Love and God Bless Her- Bob(brother). SPECIAL NOTE- Thanks ever-so-much to Mr. Dan Holland. He devoted much of his time caring/catering/ shopping for Mary in the absence of her family. I'd ask the Lord when Dan's time comes to "take him straight-up." What an outstanding individual he has been for my sister(Mary Margaret).
